Newsletter August 26th 2016

Dear Members,

Kieron Ryan’s Captain’s Prize:

106 members took to the fairways last weekend and it promises to be a very exciting final round with many still in contention. Nett 69 leads the way and we wish all those in contention the very best of luck tomorrow.

The provisional 3 balls for the 2nd round were uploaded to the BRS system earlier in the week. As expected, there have been a few withdrawals so Norma will be updating the final version to BRS early this evening.

Please reconfirm your tee time later this evening on the BRS system. There should only be minor time changes.

Outside of the normal prizes, Captain Kieron has also indicated that there will a little something for the most outrageously or worst dressed member on the day. Do your worst gentlemen!

As a reminder tickets for tomorrow’s Captains’ Dinner are on sale from all the starters tomorrow in the pro shop. It promises to be a tame affair!

Registration will be in the golf shop from 0830 on Sunday where you will be informed of your starting hole. The Top 9gents and ties & Top 3 ladies and ties will make the cut to compete in the 9 hole play-off. Juniors will only play in the 18 hole competition.
